There was a discussion in other forums where one former moderator of the forum said that somebody was trying to buy the site. The new admin should have just sold the site instead of making it die slowly.

At this time, with all the pending payment requests, I don't think, it will still be a good idea to buy the site (and I guess, no one is really trying to buy the site, at this time).

I think, they know that the site is not paying anymore because the last payment proof posted was months year.
