Recent email from admin bears a sad news, despite providing additional documents for verification, alertpay did not regularise their account and they are not allowed to send funds to anyone. I believe admin do not want to scam if he wanted so he would have not paid even thru other payment processors, this really threatens that how can alertpay stop some one to use their own funds - if admin is right by saying that alertpay want to scam their 40,000$ it is really threatening and we should be careful while using AP at least do not have big funds in it.

Hi Members,

 

We would like to inform you that, AlertPay has replied to us, stating that, they do not wish to do business with us, without any genuine reasons. Please note that this a scam tactic pulled out by AlertPay steal all the money in the account. We, hereby, would like to announce that, AlertPay has been discontinued as a deposit/withdrawal option at EarnGroups.

 

First they froze $40,000 in our account balance and asked us to submit certain documents for further verification process, which we did, and when they realized that they couldn't trick us saying that they closed our account for not submitting the documents, they asked us to wait for 2-3 business days for further monitoring of our website. 3 business days had gone by, and we did not hear from them. We contacted them asking to complete the review process, and then they all of a sudden, replied to us that they do not wish to do business with us, without any solid or genuine reasons. It is sad that know that even AlertPay, a once honest payment processor, has now started to scam members.

 

We know that many of you have used AlertPay to invest with us, and are probably wondering now, what is up next. We have come to a solution. Members whose transactions to our AlertPay account has not exceeded 14 days will be refunded, as the REFUND button will work only for transactions which have not exceeded 14 days. The other members (whose deposit transactions to our account have exceeded 14 days) will have to contact AlertPay to get their money back, as the REFUND button will not work for such transactions, and as the Send Money feature in our account has been disabled by AlertPay.

Please note that, we were in no way responsible for this situation, and everything was planned and done by the greedy AlertPay. AlertPay is the only one to blame for this situation, and we strongly advise everyone not to use this payment processor.

Another long newsletter from EarnGroups.com about AP issue: AlertPay replaced with SolidTrust Pay. I have no ideal what actually hidden inside so will not discuss about this matter, invest with careful then :)

Please disregard the previous newsletter with the subject: AlertPay Back Again!

 

We were refunding the AlertPay deposits of members whose deposit transactions have not exceeded 14 days. When AlertPay realized this, they immediately suspended our account, so that we would not be able to do the refunds. Now you will have to contact AlertPay to get the refunds. There is more than $100,000 remaining in the account, and they should be able to refund you. If they say that there are not enough funds to refund you, then they are trying to scam you. Bombard all support departments of AlertPay with as much support tickets as you can asking why they suspended our account when we were processing your refunds.

 

 

More to say about the fraudulent activities of AlertPay, our AlertPay account was a business verified one from the very beginning itself, and AlertPay gave us a green flag that we could use our account without any problems. Deposits started to come in rapidly, and when they saw that we were a good prey for them to steal a good amount of money, they froze $40,000 in our account, and told that they will be freezing 10% of all deposits coming into our account every week. What for is that? 10% every week? Then they asked us to submit additional documents for verification process. We immediately did it, and did not hear from them for 3 days. We contacted them again, and they asked us to wait again for 2-3 business days for further monitoring process. We waited for 3 business days, and send them another ticket inquiring about the status of the monitoring process.

 

Most of the AlertPay members know that AlertPay usually takes 2 business days to complete any process. But when we sent this ticket inquiring about the process, the replied to us within 20 minutes, stating that they do not wish to do business with us, without specifying any valid or genuine reasons. We waited for one whole week at their mercy waiting to pull back the hold status. Just see now how fast they reply to a ticket when they are desperate to steal money! This is nothing but a rip-off tactic pulled by AlertPay to steal the money.

 

AlertPay is already ripping off its members with the high fee they charge, and now they have started to steal money from their members. All of us know that they have a chargeback feature, but even if a member files for one for any reasons, AlertPay will not do anything, and claim that they do not have enough funds in the seller's account to do the chargeback, even when the account will have thousands of dollars in it. They then keep all the money for themselves.

 

This has not been only our experience, but has happened to other business in the past, and is still going on. If someone does not stop these fraudsters, then these scam artists will keep on stealing money from innocent people.

 

Without us even saying, most of you know that their support is very weak, and they block any suspend accounts without any reason, especially when they see that a member has large amount of funds. Recently, they disabled the option to withdraw via credit/debit cards, and checks, keeping only the Bank Transfer and Bank Wire options available, thus making people from almost all the second and third world countries unable or very difficult to withdraw the funds in their AlertPay account. They said that it was a temporary issue, but for what period should the word "temporary" stand for, as far as a payment processor is concerned? In AlertPay's case, the word "temporary" looks to be permanent. This is a scam tactic pulled off by AlertPay to keep the funds in their system, without allowing members to withdraw them.

 

AlertPay has proven themselves to be the biggest fraudsters, and the most intelligent scam artists, in the payment processor field. In the past, many payment processors have gone down, but they stole money only when they left or shut themselves down. But what does AlertPay do? They keep stealing money from the accounts of their members, while they survive. Indeed, a very brilliant business to make money! AlertPay is the best example for a wolf in sheep's clothing.

 

We strongly advise everyone to stop using AlertPay at the earliest. If you have fund in it, withdraw or exchange them as soon as possible. AlertPay will go down in the coming months. Many people in this industry have already started realizing the fact that AlertPay is ripping off its members, and have consequently started to leave them. AlertPay will be experiencing a massive drop in their member count, which will eventually lead to their meltdown. Inform your friends about the fraudulent activities of AlertPay, and discourage them from using AlertPay. Spread the word about these fraudsters, and save the innocent.

Yeah still dont know what is the truth - but recently not only admin of earngroups.com and their members suffered of Alertpay

but goldgain members depsoits were also reversed and it raised a panic in their investors though the problem was rectified later and now everything is normal.

Well whatever the terms alertpay has there should be no reason to freeze account while it has funds for forever. Most important question is why they included hyips and investments sites in their terms and if they included there is no reason to raise problems time to time and that is ultimate investor who suffers finally.

And at least 1 point is true that is mentioned in newsletter that not many who raise dispute get the funds back to their account but as we saw they freeze the account and dont allow the account holder to withdraw then where these funds goes. Whatever, we should be alert about the alertpay.

that is right i think the site has a problem in alertpay and now they are asking members to bombared the payment processor just to let them have their account back i do not think so. Alertpay does not want programs like this because they are sure to scam in the end.

Update: Clearing Some Facts. Still old issue with AP there have lots of question so now Admin send another long newsletter to clear some fact.

Hi Members,

 

We have been receiving a lot of emails lately, asking us as to why we removed your AlertPay deposits and account balances from your account. The reason is obvious. With the recent suspension of our AlertPay account, and the consequent removal of AlertPay as an accepted payment processor from EarnGroups, any AlertPay deposits or account balances in our system were irrelevant and had no value. As a result, all AlertPay deposits and account balances have been removed. AlertPay deposits, earnings, commissions, and withdrawals will not be available at EarnGroups anymore.

 

We have to clear some facts to our members who used AlertPay to invest with us. Please note that we do not have your money with us, and all money you have invested with us, is in our AlertPay account, which has been suspended. We cannot even touch that money, or for that matter, we are unable to refund it, as our account is suspended. While we were refunding, AlertPay suspended our account, so that we may not be able to make anymore refunds. We stress again, we are unable to make anymore AlertPay refunds to our members with the REFUND button in our AlertPay account.

 

In order to get back your money, you have to contact AlertPay by filing a transaction dispute. In order to file a transaction dispute, go to AlertPay's website, and when sending the support ticket, select the Transaction Dispute department, fill in the details asked, and send the ticket.

 

Please note that we are in no way responsible if you incur any losses as a result of investing via AlertPay. Your money is still in the AlertPay system, and not with us, and if AlertPay claims that they do not have money to refund you, then they are lying. Our AlertPay account still has over $100,000 in it. When you go to an insurance company to insure your home, there are rules set that the insurance will not apply if damages are caused due to an earthquake. Same is the case with EarnGroups or any other HYIP. If a payment processor is holding your money, then they are the ones stealing it, and we are not responsible for it.

 

Some of our members claim that they invested in EarnGroups and not in AlertPay. But we stress that, it is not our fault if you incur any losses due to the suspension of our AlertPay account. It is your fault to have invested via AlertPay. AlertPay has been recently suspending HYIP accounts without any genuine reasons, and stealing money. Most of our members have already realized and accepted this fact, and have eventually stopped to use the services of AlertPay, and are exchanging their funds in AlertPay to the other payment processor we accept, in order to continue to invest with us.

 

Please do not send anymore support tickets regarding this issue anymore, as we have cleared everything related to AlertPay issue in this newsletter. Any such support tickets we receive from now one regarding this issue will be unanswered. I am being online for more than 20 hours a day recently for answering numerous tickets I have been receiving lately regarding this issue, and I am getting very tired of this. I am also a human, and I also need some rest. So please do not send any more tickets regarding this issue.

 

Also please vote for EarnGroups in every monitor you can, and post your payment proofs in the forums. Support us in the best way you can, and reap your profits from EarnGroups.

good to have this senior paying with paying status for this long time,

there is also official forum of this hyip,

which will be a better platform to discuss on interests and withdrawals etc,

I wonder they also promote the AP exchanger program on their site !

I still not buying that AP is on fault in this kind of situation until its happens to me a year ago. A year ago. AP funds I receive has been cleared by AP. So I go with my transaction. After three days ap reverse the transaction without a dispute filed. (the person who send me funds don't file any dispute). But still the transaction was been reversed. And the reason is that its a chain reaction. Its like Person A send funds to person B and Person B send funds to person C and person C send funds to person D. What happen is person A file a dispute and all transaction from A to D was been reverse. This was been prevented If Only the funds of Person B will be reverse. Because its not the fault of person C and D. And why did AP also give go signal if the funds is fraudelent in the first place.

Same time the more they ask for funds the more they will turn to scam soon. Just remember they have a great loss in AP problem So I'm sure they are just looking for ways to get more funds before the d-day. But same time. I think admin is honest just that theirs some problem with AP.

there is such possibility to turn to scam as well, I think they might have paid AP investors to other e-currencies,

that is why there is still paying status on monitors and no problem with that,

there is a lot investors supporting the program through posting their testimonials as well.

If my memory is correct. They don't. their instruction is to file a dispute. Since they them self can't get the money or the funds in their account because its been suspended. So in short if you want to get your money back if you invest using AP the best way is to file a dispute. And they recommend it.

If my memory is correct. They don't. their instruction is to file a dispute. Since they them self can't get the money or the funds in their account because its been suspended. So in short if you want to get your money back if you invest using AP the best way is to file a dispute. And they recommend it.

usually we file dispute in AP on programs that scammed us, but here the admin himself recommended to dispute to recover funds,

that will be honest admin, for sure, to share things with investors, and hopefully, there won't be any effect on it's stability due to this issue.

To be honest. I'm really surprise that this september earngroups is still paying. Last month when the issue of AP surface. But bet is that this site will not going to reach september. Lets face it. History wise. Almost all hyip that loses AP loses the site. I'm even surprise that when they report that their AP account close down by AP. Theirs no mass withdrawals.

I been absent in this thread for a month and half and I just visited this thread hoping for good news and I was sadden to see that this site has turn to scam. Its been a month and half or more since I last visited hyip section of DMT. At first I feel happy that I'm back. But its sudden me since Almost all hyip thread that I'm active months back are now all scam sites.
