freelancer is still the best. There are so many new job everyday.Mostly about writing. But to get a job there is very hard we must compete with many people and the employer just choose one person to do their task

I don't really understand how transactions are being done here. Are the employer really paying? and how do they do it? Is it after a certain project is submitted or employee can demand for half the price in exchange to half the project accomplished? Really need help from some tutors around.

What i mostly know is the odesk and freelancer. But there is only a small percentage that job seekers find a real and consistent job. Since not all jobs are for lifetime and easy to get hired. So better to have offline jobs and make some part time in online jobs. :D

Yeah i agree with you @riddick there is lot of competition for online jobs and so for every job post there are lot of bids, and so rates we get are quite competitive and sometime these are not even at par with minimum wage. While it is easy to get good rates for our work offline.

Well, yes. On what i understand that on the years ago it is easy to find job online but when it became so famous those freelancing sites they have now more qualification same as the work offline. The difference is that job online are mostly contractual. :D

Not really. You just need to look at the right place to get a stable job. There are hosting sites that gives long term job offers not just contractual ones.
