Has anyone heard of this virtual credit card company its legit site. And it accepts LR as a means of loading your card.

I would be very careful with this one.Who knows if it works and for how long.Such a thing is not a real credit card and you cant withdraw money from paypal like with a real one.

Virtual-CC uses another e-currencies ? Because Liberty Reserve is down.

Virtual credit card is good but it's not so better to verify any account like paypal. Because it has a risk of blocking the paypal or any bank account. Also you can't access your virtual card online more than one time. It's one time use.

so i'm sorry to say i can't refer people for virtual credit card.

Virtual credit card is good for people who want to verify their payment processor by not using their bank credit card. This thing is good because it will make you not to expose your credit card number and password online or to a payment processor. I will prefer to verify with this type of method.
