amos kamweru
First aid is the life saving skill which a person undertakes or gives in order to counterattack a sudden illness. First aid has enabled the community to deal with sudden accidents in a professional way in oder to minimize death or further body or cell damage. First aid is very important since sometimes response from a medical team or from a qualified health practitioner may be late while the accident may require immediate medical attention. Since first aid are simple professional moves that anyone can learn, individuals who have learnt these first aid moves have been able to deal with severe accidents or sudden health cases that required immediate medical attention while medical practitioners were not near. Know how the body functions in oder to identify situations where the body is not working well and this may help you suspect a situation (what the patient is suffering from). 3] Emergency scene management, casualty management and primary survey. –This is a manual for 'where to start incase of an emergency ‘. This might be a first aider's greatest question which might turn to a nightmare if not answered. 3] Aid for a casualty who is not breathing normally. 4] Aid for a chocking casualty. Choking is common and can lead to unexpected death or other conditions. It should not therefore be taken lightly. 5] Aid for wounds and bleeding.
