Dora Wi
April was an eventful month. We had several earnings reports released, saw new all-time highs, and finally, we heard President Joe Biden’s tax proposals of increasing up to 43.6%. These were the main factors that have affected the prices the month, but some of them were just probably overreacted by the market. For example, the government is likely to increase taxes, but not by that much. It was simply a proposal and it will be in the background for the upcoming months. All in all, April was an overall green month, which means that stocks have recovered successfully from the correction they suffered back in March. For May, analysts do expect to see the markets continuing in the upward mode. Let’s see which stocks could perform well and could be worth buying this month.
