Long term experience with managed servers has taught me that the most important thing is quality of service, particularly quality of support. I host 5 wordpress blogs at their VPS and must say that I am happy with uptime, speed and their tech support is always online and ready to help. Everything is still running unbelievably smoothly, and I don't think there's been a single unplanned/unannounced downtime. It was my fault and I deleted them by accident. I didn’t know what to do. Their techs solved all the troubles within 20 mins. Recommended.
