yes its mostly channeled to westerners and they are always there to take what they already offered,Cos i had one site as well that i did register with but on the long run,any survey i try to make it blinks that my country is not allowed to do survey on the stuff.

I have been a member for, I think, a year now and I am nowhere near the minimum cash out amount. I do get some survey offers every now and then but I only get minimal number of points.

One of my favorite survey sites is globaltestmarket and I get upto 5 surveys every month. I really like the referral system that pays 20 points to each person upon a referral signing up under you.

Well this is a funny feeling which I have because I had one account at their site and I was hoping to get daily surveys from them but till now I have not got any notification of a survey which they may have wanted me to take part in however now I do not need it as well because of the high minimum set there.

Even though you didn't get any survey quick, you will be able to get when there is the one that fits your location and they will send cheque to you when you reach the minimum.

According to SurveyPolice -- http://www.surveypolice.com/rankings -- overall ranking GlobalTestMarket is at 110 out of the 230 websites in the list. Quite average only I would say, though. I also don't really agree that they support many countries because yes, they can give you a lot of suirveys but most of them you will not be able to complete it, for sure will fail.
