We need a mortgage. But don't know the proceedings to achieve it. We are confused about the budget required to achieve it. When discussed with some friends they told about a mortgage qualifier calculator in Ontario. They told us that using a mortgage qualifier calculator we can determine how much money we can safely borrow and to know about the required income that we need to get qualified for a mortgage. Will the mortgage qualifier calculator give accurate results? Is it trustworthy? If anyone had experience of using this mortgage calculator, please share your experiences and thoughts on this.
