Want to know how brokers make profit from your loss ?

The only reason I can come up with for how brokers make their money is through commissions. I trade with FP Markets, and they charge some of the lowest commission costs at $3 per lot.

They usually make profits charging commissions or spread or maybe both in my opinion however in return they provide us with all the necessary tools and technology including leverage / liquidity to initiate our trades and make profit.

In the forex world, there are broker Dealing desk and no dealing desk, in the broker dealing desk or bucket shop broker, if the trader loses hence the broker win, likewise, if the traders win hence the broker loses, so there are suspected about stop loss hunter, requote, inappropriate trading strategy become reason from the broker to blocked account traders. But trading in no dealing desk broker, the trading condition is good, and all trades are instantly executed without any problem, except if you have slow connection internet. No dealing desk broker is more honest than a dealing desk broker, FXOpen ECN broker included no dealing desk broker.

The only explanation I can think of for how brokers are paid is through commissions. I trade with FP Markets, and their $6 per round lot fee rate is among the lowest.

Sometimes they make the market for you, but I try to trade with a brokers like Hotforex which act as a pure mediator.

The dealing desk usually works against the traders, you often hear the broker cheating traders using stop loss hunter, then rejecting withdrawals with unclear reasons, blocked account, and no mercy, so choosing a broker is also important to avoid scam brokers.
