That's what, and emotions really have no place in this industry. It should be understood that fear will only increase the likelihood of a mistake and make the trader doubt his actions.

Have a comprehensive trading journal. Record every trade and analyze every mistake - as well as every success, so you can learn from both. The more you know, the less anxiety you will feel.

Sometimes I feel I need to place emotional trades and try my luck. For example recently I made a bet on Hotforex using US500 instrument that S&P 500 index will suffer from major correction in the first half of 2021.

I believe that emotions simply do not have a place in trading. Usually it doesn't end in anything good.

We must understand that if we want to have some control over our trading then we have to first learn how to control the emotions.

As for me, usually emotions only deepens the situation, and it becomes even more difficult for the trader. You need to be confident in yourself and your actions, this is a much more reliable option!

Trading psychology is important in trading. Emotion is the worst enemy of a trader. In most cases, traders make mistakes because of their emotions. Traders should take a break if their feeling is overwhelmed by emotions and self-doubt. Do not trade out of greed or other emotion like fear, anger, etc. Learn how to control your emotion. I am currently taking Eurotrader educational courses where I am learning about trading psychology.

The existing psychological condition must be able to be considered properly, this is needed and necessary so that traders can become better and can be more maximal in carrying out trading activities in accordance with expectations with Tickmill.

Controlling emotions is important but many people think that means you have to suppress your emotions when they emerge, which is not exactly productive. Everybody should find a healthy outlet for emotions. It can be exercise, art, meditation, or punching a pillow, whatever that can calm you down when you're angry or make you feel better if you lose your confidence.
