Gee Dee Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Spread is nothing but the difference between ask and bid price of a currency pair. And one of the most useful cost element for any foreign currency exchange trader. A trader may find it useful to work with a broker that will provide him lower spread and transaction costs. Even for the scalpers, lower spread is one of the prominent factors that can help a trader to achieve a profitable journey. Quote
john.brave Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 For the same pair the spread given can vary from one forex broker to another broker. Quote
alina.marabar Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 There are forex brokers who use fixed spreads and floating spreads. Quote
lal.remigiusz Posted April 19, 2019 Posted April 19, 2019 Spreads are the difference between the selling price (bid) and the buy value (ask) or sell quotes and buy quotes. Quote
Ariel Dala Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 It’s obvious that spread is very important but it’s not the most important part, so that’s why we need to go for complete broker. I am with a very best in FreshForex. They are amazing with low spreads, high leverages, bonuses and my favourite Stop-Out Insurance feature, it just makes the working so nice and easy by all means. bearhugs Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Every concept which is related to Forex is important. Selecting a broker is also important and having tight spread is also important. We should keep learning because Forex is all about learning and developing ourself to be good person as a trader. Quote
Latham Lapard Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Well, these are very much the basic elements for any trader, so it’s something we should know instead of asking. I would suggest sites like BabyPips for learning. I currently trading with FreshForex, and here too they have lovely educational setup that helps. It should also be checked if someone is interested in learning. 1 Quote
Thonin Posted April 23, 2020 Posted April 23, 2020 Given and tracking the value of the spread in trading, you can more accurately calculate the profitability of each transaction Quote
Cejurus Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Of course, the spread affects the trading, that's why I chose the Amarkets broker, where it is so minimal that it is almost imperceptible. Quote
Thorgagar Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 Everyone drew attention to the fact that after opening a deal, it immediately turned out to be in a slight minus. This is not fraud on the part of the broker and not a malfunction of the terminal - the spread of the currency pair is to blame. Quote
Balladoginn Posted April 25, 2020 Posted April 25, 2020 But due to the spread, brokers have their own percentage, and, of course, it is better to choose one where it is minimal so that you do not lose.... Quote
Aurne Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Many have already written what a spread is; well, you should not forget that it is better to choose a broker with whom it is quite minimal in this regard, I am completely satisfied with Amarkets. Quote

Upoctin Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 The spread is the difference between the sell (also called ask) price and the buy (also called bid) price. Two prices are given for acurrency pair. The spread stands for the difference between what your broker is willing to give to buy from you the trader, and what the same broker would charge to sell to a trader. Quote
Monaya Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 It is important to me that the spreads are quite minimal, and just at Amarkets they are Quote
Laidar Posted May 19, 2020 Posted May 19, 2020 Each forex broker can determine the size of the spread. Quote
Kataxe Posted May 20, 2020 Posted May 20, 2020 I am quite satisfied with the spread of the Amarkets broker which goes from 0.2 points and is almost imperceptible when trading Quote
Cordawield Posted May 24, 2020 Posted May 24, 2020 Floating spread can change at any time depending on the situation. Quote
Fausi Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 The spread exists because the buyer and seller are not ready to give in to each other and are in no hurry to sell or buy. Quote
gds221 Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 The trader should know all these concepts initially. In my opinion, this is extremely important for positive work results. Quote
Gardazuru Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 Indeed, if you do not understand what this or that term means, it will be very difficult to start trading Quote
gds221 Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 I consider the spread - the number of commissions that the company takes for its services. Quote
Juleenelya Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 always pay attention to this item when choosing a broker, the outcome of your trade will depend on it Quote
Mezigis Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 If during trading the spreads are not noticeable enough for me, then I made the right choice in the direction of the Amarkets broker, where they range from 0.2 pips Quote
gds221 Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 As for me, now the spread has become a very important aspect for choosing a broker. Quote
