Forumtech
I don't think the study is totally free, since i read from the site that they issue certificate on diploma for web developing course. But, one can still grab some design knowledge from the site, and be able create or develope one. And the site needs to provide download- able tools for the programming. yogeshwartyagi
@ Forumtech for most of the learning you dont need any other tool as the site itself provides the plateform to practice your code. "Try it yourself" is such a feature of this site that make it stand different then others - you can not only run the example provided but change it and run it on site itself. millionaireguy
I have visited this site and for a beginners like me, this was very helpful. My only problem with online tutorial is that I tend to get lazy everytime I do something and needs some questions to ask when there is no one around to answer. Kinda lazy to search it on the web as well because my tempo from learning immediately will slowly fade.

monyitomon
I remember before that my teacher is teaching us exactly the lessons in here. I feel like even I don't need to go in School I can still learn things because my teacher getting all the lessons in here and it's my advantage because those examples in here are usually our activities when I already know about it.
