I guess starting with a trade management plan and reviewing our trading journal regularly for improvements.

It seems to me that the issue of planning in trading is generally not too critical. For the market does not always allow you to plan processes.

Well without plan it will quickly turn into gambling, at least you have to limit risk and avoid overtrading which require "hard rules". Hotforex webinars greatly helped me in developing my own trading plan.
