Low spreads but very poor support

I recently opened a live account with Fixi markets. The main problem with these guys is not the spreads, but their support is very poor. You text a request today, and it takes more than a month to respond, I wonder, how will they process my withdrawals. I think I might have top leave them without depositing anything.
