Ashley Cole
Imagine buying your most precious knife and it being spoilt in no time. That is not what you want I know. Therefore, keep the knife away from water and it will not rust. Perhaps you made use of it and wash it, it should be dried thoroughly and kept in a dry place. Rather than using a tea towel to clean the knife, a paper towel should be used. The tea towel leaves the blade damp. Monko
I think this should list the basic large, medium and small stainless steel pots, a saucepan, a frying pan, a kitchen scale, a reliable chopping board for meat and separately for vegetables, and a couple of universal chef's knives. Since I really like different blades, in my opinion there are never too many knives. I also have a vegetable knife, fillet knife and the best sushimi knife as my favorites - this is what makes me feel like an excellent master in the kitchen. I just really love Japanese cuisine, so I included this tool on this list.
