I am planning to take a mortgage for purchasing a new condo. But, since I  have a low credit score, I am afraid, it will be an issue when I head for a mortgage. I want to know the chances of getting a mortgage, even if you have a low credit score. Don't say the word bank to me. These are real scammers (((I so much wanted to take a new loan when I lost my job but they just laughed at me. This is unfair. Only payday loans in pa site solved this situation. I again found a job and started paying bad loans. It was a good lesson for me.
