I am not sure about this list but yes many countries are having banned on FOREX Broker, some of them are

• India – Restrictions on the way Indian citizens are allowed to trade in the Forex markets are being regulated by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
• Belgium.
• North Korea.
• Malaysia.
• France.
• Bosnia Herzegovina. etc.
