i do believe walking is always a very good exercise.Now its not simply to walk for 5 minutes indoor i mean walking outside your residences. Yeah people who go out to work outside by walking or covering a good amount of  distance are always in an advantageous position.

Jogging and walking is the easiest way to keep your physical form. Riding a bike too. And also I would add collecting LEGO. Sounds strange? But all of this is about body health. Keep mental health is also important and LEGO makes your calm and enthusiastic.

I believe that walking is an easy way to lose a couple of pounds and gradually accustom yourself to the sport. When I wanted to lose weight, I also started with walking and start keto diet. Then I realized that it takes a lot of time and started workout. I started with cardio exercises and some strength training, it helped me lose 15 lbs. Now I have brought my body into the shape, but this requires a complex approach.

Yes, walking is really good for health, but you need to walk at least 2-3 hours a day.

 

Sadly people who work does not have the time or does not have the energy to do so. It may not apply to people from every country but it applies to most under developed countries.

rnrn Thanks for the compliments, except for calling me "old.". My next workout I plan to work on cardio and speed. Something more Crossfit inspired and hopefully outside weather permitting at the soccer field. Maybe sprints and burpees. Im trying to prepare for an Outdoor Soccer season this summer. Can anyone suggest a good leg speed exercise? rn

I prefer football right now. It is necessary to play sports so that there are no such problems! I am always for sports! Physical activity is simply necessary, cardio as football is also suitable.
