As for payment there, ulmons is a paying ptc site. do agree with many things here, first it has SSL and DDoS protection plus as you said click rate per ads especially for normal is actually quite good enough. That investment i think as the step taken by admin to attract more people who just want to invest without need to click but of course with bigger investment.
