This is a get paid to write article site but there is this write up bu many freelancer writer that the site is really paying with proof while 35% review I read on scamner.com and scamadviser.com said the site are scam right now my earning with this site is $69 and minimum cashout is 1k.

Yes they are scam how can the admin set the minimum cashout to such high rate run and run,or let me give you an insight if you really want to know thier legitness since they claim to be partnering with payoneer just contact payoneer and you will fiine out that they are crude

Penjob is a complete scam to be sincere its better to run away from them now the minimum payout is very high and I think no site can survive it
