Theis oneb eing a russian ptp forum it isi indeed difficult for non Russian members to post there as any kind of google trsnalte or transalator may required ,but still all kind of HYIP monitors can post their payment proofs as their rates are indeed very much high .

Reason being is that this is a non-English forum. It is in Russian. So now, I wonder is it opened to international members or not. If yes, then the forum should be in English rather than Russia. So therefore I suspect this forum opens for Russians only

I think this forum has got indeed very higher rates and as of know this is one of the very PTP forum which is accepting Webmoney because of the low fee and also being the russian forum ,They are paying in Russian and Dollar .But it easy to post payment proof but still iti s very hard to post discussion replies over there .
