39% hourly for 12 hours doesn't sound right. I guess the admin only designed this program to scam investors. The annoying thing is,this nonsensical hyip is demanding for a minimum spend of $39,this is too much for small investors. Anyway,since it is a hourly program,I will just have to abstain from this program.
