Anyway I don't think their minimum payout is $1 since this is what I get from their TOS 4.All payments are made via PerfectMoney, Paypal or payza account. You can request for payment once your account balance is $3.00 USD as First payout and 2nd Payout will be 2$. You are required to have a minimum of 100 clicks, to use any of the withdrawal options.
