Here is what I get from their TOS -- http://www.clixleague.com/index.php?view=terms 6.7.The minimum amount paid is $5.00 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00. From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use. This is really a turn off since $5 minimum is already very high and yet the minimum payout keeps on increasing on our subsequent payout request. This is really unfair for members.
