They started selective payouts before it lasted a week and tried hard to conceal this fact as long as possible by paying monitors and taking down monitoring banners displaying problem status. The admin is a proactive scammer who planned scamming from the start, not one of them who turns scam quickly by failing enough investors to keep the money game going.
