I just don't have flair for hourly programs. I think greedy investors will invest here because of the low minimum spend and the lucrative roi. These paying statuses are not enough but you can also see that  Goldlister has also added Rcb offers for it in which they are paying 17% commission back to investors on first deposit. By giving adding such rcb offers i think monitors are trying to promote this program which i dont like it.
