Payeer is only the payment method from site can get investment but not much high. We can say that site is just registered for the Russian members because Russian payment methods are added in it. hadg33 Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 I am not surprised to see this in Russian language because the moment I saw the domain extension of the the site,I recognised that the admin is must be a Russian. Apart from that,I think the domain is a free domain which I feel it will not help the site. PM is not one of the payment gateways,so I doubt if much investors will invest here.
