Free members only get 50% of what they clicked, is admin trying to make members to upgrade ? Some more for free members, the highest they can earn per ad per click is $0.005 currently, which means we only earn $0.0025 per click for these ads. Also they have a withdrawal fee of $0.05 + 2% according to their FAQ, so if I am not wrong if you request payout $2 your processing fee will be $0.05 + ($2 x 2%) = $0.09 !
