Clearly shown from their TOS -- http://www.1zct.com/index.php?view=terms -- The minimum payout is $2 for your 1st payout and it will increase by $1 for every of your next subsequent payments until it reaches $10. Anyway the ads offered for members are quite ok. I am really confused by this website because their TOS is in English but their FAQ is in Chinese, how are they expecting people to understand what they are writing if the people cannot understand Chinese ???
