hexeduser
I have not tried using a demo account before nor I have tried real forex before. I read something about their difference though and it just not about the pressure alone. There are certain things that actually is different from the demo compared to the real forex account
boniez
yea, so I wonder if there is an advanced trading at a real but not for the demo lolz ... but I think the concept of both is the same only our psychology who respond differently from both
anne
Ive been thinking about give forex trading a shot. If I understand this right its bying and selling valuta. And then hopefully bying when its cheap and sell when its a gain. But the demo accounts where can we find them? They are for free? When I do the google on demo accounts the ones I get is for a month free then you need start paying and I would love to have more time to learn before I start it off...... hexeduser
Is it advisable to go directly using a real account rather than a demo? I think going for a real account would make me learn faster and of course make me lose money faster too(at first)

I think going for a real account would make me learn faster and of course make me lose money faster too(at first) haha yeah, you're absolutely right, but I think it is good precisely because it will train our mental in to trade in the real account, would feel uncomfortable even in the demo when we try to live in the real
anne
Yess this is true, a real trading account is mentally more hard. But the thing is that I like to not know the basics. So just to learn the different functions in a trading account will make me nervous. So in this its like learning flash. If you needed to pubblish what you did in flash directly it surely would be crap. You dont even know the basics. So mistake will be done. This is why Id like to go for a demo account first for at least making really basic stupidities.

The only thing different is how we think. We begin to chase after losses because we're using real money, and that often leads to disaster. Most major brokers offer free demo accounts. Check out the list of brokers on this forum. There's a section for it.  Is it advisable to go directly using a real account rather than a demo? I think going for a real account would make me learn faster and of course make me lose money faster too(at first)  If you have never done Forex trading before, you should definitely learn with a demo account, preferably for a couple months at least. Going for a real account is not advisable unless you have sufficient funds (I would say $1000 would be a reasonable amount, though you can make a few trades with $100, anything less isn't really enough because a few losses would bring you down to nothing)

Oh my I was just planning t save up $10 and try I guess I will stick to PTP for now and if ever I'm more comfortable with losing big amounts of money then I will have to try the real forex trading. For now I guess I will try to learn forex with a demo like Anne
boniez
but the longer I'm getting used to the loss and margin call may be too often that it becomes a matter, of course but better repaired, unless we have a lot of money
Nagilover
I learn Forex and test trade from Demo cash. But now I trade in Real cash only. Because I learn and test trade many month. ccsang
demo account just a demo cash ,not a real cash, if need real cash we need to use real account to earn real money, but need step by step, newbie must use demo account first and learn about on demo account. tprhzm2009
As a beginner, I suggest that you'd better trade in demo account at beginning. it will help you familiarize forex trading circumstance. it will do great help in your following real trading. But I don't suggest that we spend a long time to trade in demo account, after all, there are many difference between demo account and real account, so it is necessory to start trading in real account after you familarized how does forex work. standart
For first time. of we still newbie and have not experience with trading. better to learn and practice with demo account first. at least to know all tool in trading platform. but to learn about emotion management, we should use real trading account. hyippro
Yes, i'm agree. I'm running in demo account too right now. But many people said when you get into real account, you will get different result.
yogeshwartyagi
This is really good to try Demo A/c when you want to learn forex. But to get the actual experience Real A/c is needed though may be with small amount, as we get real exposure only when our real money is involved. dhanpreet
Thinking of the demo account as real may be helpful but only for a minority of traders and even they will often make occasional slips where they retain their consciousness about the virtual money involved, so the only tru and effective way out is to trade on a real account with small deposit--less than $50--and micro or mini lots. dennypiyu
demo account is very different with real account. in demo it is no problem if you lose hundred dollars there if if in real is very dangerous. demo account is just a place for training you in forex, to know how to find good strategies in forex so if you have found it you can apply it in real trading
Droganan
I believe demo and real in forex is almost EXACTLY like fun money and real money in casinos. The fun money is their way of saying try out your strategies here and see that it wins so you will try it for real and LOSE! Demo and fun money are the same thing and should never be the basis on which you decide to start trying something for real because it is likely going to end badly for you. omar.elalfy
demo and real only different in we didn't get emotions when trading in demo account and we can't withdraw our profit in demo account. maybe we can get money if win in demo account but we must follow contest accoount. in real we get pressure becase we using real money and if we loss we can loss our money and it make many trader fail in real but get enough profit in demo account
SolidSnake21
what is the best broker that give demo account that is semiular to real accont. I think it is very important step to start with demo account that is near the real one.
hyipreviewblog
if you want to learn on forex I suggest you to use a real one because demo and real are two things different. You will not get a good trading lesson with demo one. So you can open a real one and deposit with little money or maybe you can choose brokers that give bonus for open account with them. tprhzm2009
In my opinion, it is necessory for beginners to start trading with demo account, you can familarize the trading circustance from demo account , on the other hand, you can test some new strategies in demo account . you can start trading in real account when you know the basic of forex, of course, you should try to trade with small ammount. yb3889
I dont think one can get good experience on demo a/c, even i think it would like learning driving on the computer or video game, yeh one can learn functioning become well-verse using demo account but then real experince shoudl be obtained on real a/c.
