Sipmly because just thinking logicaly, if admin has to pay 0.10$ for each video to you, and if you watch 10 videos daily, that is 1 $ and where is his profit? He is usually paid 0.0001 per video and he must pay you 0.10$. Just be careful guys, this is just my opinion. Quote
