I came across this payment processor in yet another forum and all efforts to access the page proved abortive. Same thing happening here and I don't think the admin is any longer in for business. It doesn't look popular to start with and to a great extent, it doesn't still look serious.

I don't know about the payment processor myself and I have not heard of where they are using it as their own means of paying members. I won't true to register account with them because it will not be easy for me to be able to find the exchanger that can exchange the processor from me.
