standart Posted October 21, 2013 Share Posted October 21, 2013 when traders unable to succeed in demo account, they won't perform good trades in live account. traders need to make sure that they are able to generate consistent profit in demo account, before they are decide to jump trading in live account. when traders not prepared yet, trade in live account will waste traders time and money only. So, it's important that you should gain profits in your practice if not you can't trade profitably when you start real trading. But then, you can do more practice and learn from your mistakes. euro Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 Most likely you might do poorly in a real account as well since its easier in a demo, mentally and if you do not do well there then you might need to spend more time practicing there as you have not developed the necessary skills needed to succeed in the real environment. Forex is very high risk so success in a demo will not even secure your success in a real account. I think practicing alone will not even make you the best trader and you must combine it with extensive knowledge and keeping up to date with news as well. Since those that even made profits in the Demo will come to the real and fail, how much more the other way round. Why because is that the demo account is the same thing with the live account and if he or she is not able to trade in the demo account very well, it will mean that he or she has not learned how to trade and will fail. But we do not rush to use real account to earn money in forex. It would be better if we use real account when we have understood well about forex trading.
