gaban Posted December 12, 2014 Author Posted December 12, 2014 I am more comfortable trading with leverage 1: 1000 of instaforex. trading using high leverage is very advantageous because then we can trade using a small capital and we were able to get a few dollars Quote
myregister Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 1:400 the leverage i am using right now in the broker that i am using. So far some people that i answered said that is insane or too much high but in fact that is so much helpful to me, i can increase my earning well here with that leverage and help me to obtain bigger lot size with smaller amount as margin. gaban Posted April 8, 2015 Author Posted April 8, 2015 trading using high leverage will make us have a greater opportunity, but the risk is too great. for that we need to make the most leverage from the broker. And always use a good RM that will benefit us. For now I am more comfortable trading with leverage 1: 1000 in instaforex Quote
uncle gober Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Leverage in accordance with the criteria of the trader would be very useful if applied in trading. now I use leverega 1: 500 in TICKMILL by using deposit 25$. In accordance with the system of money management to use then I would use a maximum of 0.05 lots per trade Quote
budado Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 leverage use to trade varies. if use 1:100 leverage ratio, traders can trade with 1 cent or 10 cent minimum lot size. such leverage ratio suits to those who trade with small capital. while if traders has big capital on trading account, they can choose to use higher more leverage ratio. This is totally wrong assumption. Leverage ratio is base on our trading capital not on lot size. So you can't say that a 1:100 leverage has 1 to 10 cent value per lot size. Because you can't put a value on a leverage. In fact having a cent account, a lite account a mini account a micro account has different effect and value even if you use he same 1:100 leverage. Quote
gaban Posted April 14, 2015 Author Posted April 14, 2015 leverage from the broker is very profitable for traders because of the leverage that we will be able to trade with small capital of $ 1 especially if we can trade with substantial leverage the benefits will be greater so it is advantageous for us Quote
pepy Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 At the moment i am using 1:200 leverage, i think that is the best leverage for me since i can get better offers with that, overall with my more than $500 capitals right now i can hold position longer with that leverage and also giving me more chance to make profit. gaban Posted October 5, 2015 Author Posted October 5, 2015 Now,I am more comfortable trading using high leverage for trading using high leverage it will provide benefits for traders because the resilience of our accounts will be maintained Quote
aliforex Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 I prefer to use leverage 1:1000 in instaforex. With so then I can trade with 1000 times as much capital from the capital we have. And from the start of trading on a demo account, I have frequently used this leverage. So according to my trading needs. And I also use 0.01 lots. Quote
pandabox Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 1:400 and trade range 0.1-0.3 for maximum volume. My account is Currenex at HotForex and the spread is very tight. Quote
aliforex Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 every trader have conditions trading vary. So the leverage it needs also differ. And the most important is that we can choose the appropriate leverage our trading needs. Too dangerous if we do not use leverage trading is not appropriate. Because leverage have huge temptation. pepy Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Mostly will prefer 1:100 ali. That is standard and most of traders think that is not too high nor too low. I see few brokers that offer around 1:1000 which is not make any sense at all, i also think is there any brokers that really want to offer leverage as high as that? Quote
benjamin Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 ^ Indeed. 1:1000 is so high and it only suit small accounts, it's reason I dont care how much leverage a broker offer. The maximum leverage my broker allow is 1:500, you can check it here: https://www.vinsonfinancials.com/en/compare-accounts Quote
aliforex Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 I prefer To use 1:1000 leverage for my account, although I have used even lower leverage. As higher leverage bear more risk, it is better off to have a good money management to protecting account Quote
gaban Posted October 27, 2015 Author Posted October 27, 2015 leverage is helpful for traders who trade using small capital, using small capital because it will allow us to trade with larger volume if we can choose high leverage. But we also need to be careful with leverage because trading with high leverage have risk is very large Quote
pandabox Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I am trading at 1:500 leverage at hotforex but I never trade exceed 0.5 lot, my fund is < 2k$ but it's pretty enough to maintain 0.x positions in volative market or I can close them manually. Quote
jamante Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 yeah with such leverage, I wouldnt go over 0.5 unless im pretty damn sure about what im doing, best of luck with your trades.. people should really learn content with what little profit smaller accounts can generate, some expect a 10k income a month from a 2k account, yeah its doable but thats way way too risky, might work but the oddes of blowing it up is big.. if i end a month (like last august) with a break even or close to break even then im happy, coz its way better than a lose! Quote

Many traders prefer some leverage while think that the other leverage are nonsense for them. I prefer 1:200 right now but up to 1:500 still normal moreover with the highest risk you will ever get, also by using right leverage which suitable to our trading style we may get more and more profit. gaban Posted December 10, 2015 Author Posted December 10, 2015 but im just using leverage 1:1000 because when i start my forex trading, because i think i can do forex trading with a low capital. even my profit not big enough because i do scalping, but i do it again and again, till i got constant profit. josbus Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 if u a new trader u should try to understand about forex trading first, u can learn about forex trading from many article at the internet, or u can found them at HiWayFx article forex facility. because almost any broker already have them at their facility. jamante Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 if a trader is new to forex trading, leverage would be the least of his concernts, one should maintain a leverage or lower than 1:500 at start, just play with it learn the trade, the tricks and the techniques, never rush with forex, i have seen people burn money, like wild forest fires, its a waste. keep it contained at firest and increase gradually, I started with a micro account at hotforex with a leverage of 1:500, but decided as the account grew to lower the risk of each trade and the leverage. Quote
myregister Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 1:200, i want to increase it to 1:400 once again but it seems that i must have bigger capital if i must do that it should be around $700 if i don't make any mistake and my last month loss is $100 which is quite big. Overall i think use approriate leverage would help traders a lot. It will increase their total capacity to bigger extent. Quote
pandabox Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 My broker hotforex offer multiple accounts and each has different leverages: micro: 1:1000 premium: Â 1:500 vip : 1:400 I think more fund you have, the lower leverage you get. Quote
jamante Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 yes the bigger the fund the smaler the leverage, but some people would max that out with the money that they have, I have seem some crazy traders that makes me wounder what the traders were thinking at that time. loosing 5-6 digits in a matter of hours. Quote
gaban Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 just make sure u can maximize ur profit by choose the right leverage, and chose the leverage that match with situation, if u think its gone be hard for u to make profit, just use a big leverage to minimize your loss. Quote
