Must have very many refferal to earn money easy on PaidToLogin site. I already got paid from these site 1 times and I earn it 1-2 week with just 50 refferal

Why this program is a non paying program? This program is totally paying program where you only need to login. Also up to now i still get paid by them, even the rate is very low here and i don't really like it.
