homeearnings
I spend most of my time in front of computer. It is because of my job and my online website business. For last few days, I feel my eyes burning, even when i wake up in the morning I don't feel fresh. I can not avoid computer, do you have any suggestion on how I can protect my eyes?

TayyabZERO
Here are a few things you can try (these are just a few exercises I've been doing for a few years) #1 Look at the moon (especially when its full) it will relax your eyes #2 eat potatoes (not carrots) #3 put your computer in front of your window and look at something outside then look an something farther than the one you were looking at try to notice every detail of it repeat this process until you are looking at the farthest thing visible. (then resume your work) #4 try to focus on the tip of your nose (without using a mirror) #5 exercise more if you have a fat belly (seriously flat belly affects more than just your looks) #6 take a pencil or a needle hold it near the tip of your nose with the tip pointing upwards focus on the tip until you can see it clearly then move it slightly bit away while maintaining focus on the tip keep at it until your arms are fully stretched #7 ... remember if at any point your eyes feel tired stop whatever you are doing and close your eyes and let them relax. These are some of the exercises I've been doing for a few years and am glad to say I never had to use the eyeglasses.

tracyrroman
Eye strain often is caused by excessively bright light either from outdoor sunlight coming in through a window or from harsh interior lighting. When you use a computer, your ambient lighting should be about half as bright as that typically found in most offices. Eliminate exterior light by closing drapes, shades or blinds. Reduce interior lighting by using fewer light bulbs or fluorescent tubes, or use lower intensity bulbs and tubes. If possible, position your computer monitor or screen so windows are to the side, instead of in front or behind it.
