I mean its better that its only 0.01 than 0.0100 since literally theirs no such thing as 0.0100. US dollars has only up to a cent or two decimals. I know theirs no difference but I thing its way to deceive us to think that the rate is much better since you see 100 instead of 01. But the fact remain that the value is just the same.
