I am not sure weather they pay or not but i can simply say that this program will not be staying online for a long time . Quote

The plans seem sustainable but the risks involved are very high because if principal isn't returned at the end of the terms, investors will end up at a loss and its quite easy for the admin to complete a term without returning principal.
