savehouse Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 i wonder how this program was able to pay to just one particular members a some of 5$,according to my research on this ptc program,the program has made just 2 payment and the 2 payment has being only to just person twice, i guess ptc members need to do some reach on this program before clicking on the forum so that one will not click inhere just for fun.
