savehouse Posted December 19, 2012 Share Posted December 19, 2012 i guess it good to see this program is having a low minimum payout but i think i will have love if this program is having a LR among it payment process,i dont think all hyip members have a payza account and moreover paypal account is not available to majority of ptc members,so i think this program might struggle to get members.
