lety
Pain is real. Hundreds of people suffer from pain every day. People contend with all sorts of painful conditions, from back pain, leg pain, arthritis, muscle injury and numerous other conditions. We seek relief with medication, physical therapy and anything our doctors suggest. One thing to be aware of is because you feel pain in one part of he body, doesn’t mean that’s the location of the problem. Acupuncture and Chiropractic are two ways of dealing with pain. Many people obtain relief and swear by one are the other. When using acupuncture a practitioner must determine where the inefficiency comes from and adjust the treatment to the patients pain. Acupuncture practitioners sees pain as an over abundance or blocked energy. After it is determined what treatment to proceed with, the patient either lyes down or is seated, depending on where the needles will be placed. At that point, fine, stainless needles are inserted into the area to induce more energy. The patient will remain in this position for 20 or 30 minutes, according to the practitioner’s decision. An appointment will last about an hour, but much of this time will be taken up by the interview of the patient. Massage may also be included in the treatment. Dr. Emily Kane, a naturopath who practices in Juneau, Alaska explains that experiments have shown that acupuncture relieves pain in the body, that pain will be blocked and recovery from nerve injury will be accelerated. Also, the immune system which has a sedative effect, will be enhanced. The blood pressure will be balanced and psychological effects will act directly on the brain. People who suffer from low back pain often find that acupuncture breaks the pain cycle, and allows them to participate more freely in physical therapy. Some people get relief in only one session, but Dr. Kane recommends six or eight sessions in a short period of time before determining that you are not receiving relief from your pain. Some people rely on chiropractic treatments for pain relief. This involves manipulation of vertebrae that has come out of alignment, which causes nerve pressure and energy blockage to certain organs. The practitioner applies gentle manipulation to spine and joints. The body may be twisted to the side, and the head and neck pulled in different directions. What the chiropractor is doing is readjusting the spinal column to restore normal alignment to the spine. This allows normal life sustaining energy to flow freely to vital organs. AlexAusterlitz
I haven't tried any of these medications and I'd rather go to a doctor than do self-medication
Rehho
I believe that pain is a sign that it's time to see a doctor. I recently suffered terribly from a headache, it turned out that my tooth channel was inflamed. I found a good modern dental clinic with good equipment, and good specialists. They solved my problem. But if I could endure the pain, then everything could end much worse.

Bebera
Due to the epidemic of coronavirus, it is now difficult to get an appointment with a doctor. I would advise you to consult your doctor online. You can also search the Internet for painkillers that you can buy without a prescription, I usually read a description of the pills my doctor prescribed for me. DiscordTR
Do not self-medicate. Especially take strong painkillers without a doctor's prescription. I think it’s better to go for example to physical therapy billing services https://www.parkmedicalbilling.com/physical-therapy-billing-services/, maybe this is better than doing self-treatment. In any case, you need to go to the doctors and not take any action without their appointment.
