Here are some of the combinations: Oatmeal and Orange Juice. These might be your favorite breakfast menu. Instead of eating them separately, try to combine them in one plate. Phenol, an organic substance contained in both food can stabilize level of cholesterol in our body. Combined, the increased level of phenol can give more protection against heart attack and clean the blood vein better. Tomato and Olive Oil. Tomato is rich in lycopene, an antioxidant, which can reduce the risk of cancer, prevent heart disease, promote healthy skin and improve sperm. Lycopene is the substance that colors the tomato red because lycopene carries carotene and carotenoids. Olive oil is rich in unsaturated fat, a substance that will dissolve lycopen faster. So this combination is good to make lycopen works better. A diet rich in lycopene and high in olive oil may improve the serum lipid profile which in turn can decrease the risk of coronary heart disease.
