i have being trying to access this program for couple of minute now and i cant access the program,i really dont know if the program is paying or not but i cant find any proof of payment for the program even from forum,though i think the minimum payout on the program is kinda high but the click rate the program is having is standard.

The minimum payout inhere should be able to discourage people including myself,also they stated it will take an interval of 15 days which is manually done is a treat to the legitmacy of the program..its just too long to await after reaching a whooping payout of $4.
