Exchange from Wepay to LR/Payza/PP

I recently joined a website and made around $4.5 but the thing is that they pay only through Wepay.

Wepay doesnt accept my country so there is no need of it to me, so i want to exchange it with any other processor like payza/libertyreserve / paypal.
