savehouse Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 this program has being running online for 5 days now and the program is not getting attentiong from ptc memebrs,the program has only being able to attract less than 300 members to the program ever since the program was launch 5 days ago,well i believe it due to the high minimum payout the program is having,though click rate is ok.
