ruseneca
I really like this processor but as I wrote in some of my previous posts, LibertyReserve doesn't offer deposit to account via Debit card or Bank account. Exchangers take big commisions to send you LR funds. The gap between your investment and the funds that you receive in the end in your LR account is very big. I only exchange money for Paypal or Alertpay in order to deposit my LR...or just write captchas
FinCoder
How is it possible that LR has become so popular when it don't have ability to transfer cash to your own bank account? If I wanted to make my own payment processor I would think that not able to transfer funds to customers own bank account would be the most stupid idea what there is on earth. They are not actually serving the customer.

They are not actually serving the customer. Is it so popular because of two main reasons: 1. Lowest fees for transfer 2. Secure payments 3. Easy registration without the need of account verification Fortunately, the fees are not so low...just make a calculation with the fees that you meet in order to deposit your account. FinCoder
Well they truly have made it to feel secure. I think they should make some deal with PP or AP that their customers could securely change the currencies between the two. People have to find themselves a place to exchange. It's secured from account hacking attacks. Not from people who are trying to steal money just telling you they want to exchange, you send the funds but they don't. In such cases, LibertyReserve doesn't happen to do anything. Their argument is "It's your fault because the transfer is made by you!"

Guest
yesterday when I tried to log in my LR account, I got log in error : " account frozen " I was really shocked to see that, and immediately sent support ticket to them, however it was just some technical error that many people suffered that error, finally my account is back to normal within few hours, so there's nothing to worry with that. t2t
Yes all around the net you will see people getting their account frozen. But don't worry if this happen to you. All you need to do is send them a support ticket or chat online with them. And many are getting their account un-frozen. Lol. Beside they just update their login processes. Ugh. djfritz
The hackers are now working on getting our emails, I received an email that my gmail account was suspended and that I needed to relogin where they provided a link and so I clicked it, at first I thought it is for real but when I check the sender address instead of google it is qoogle. If I didn't check it I guess my LR and paypal account is hacked by now.
Guest
I have read few members around complaining that though the frozen issue was solved and they could access their account, they are unable to receive payments or transfer funds to others, so I think still those technical errors should be fixed completely. ... in my case, I am now able to log in send as well as receive funds without any troubles. jan4ix
I`m not a speacialist in this , but about LR, many people get they`re accounts hacked very fast . How come?! From my experience they`re security system is the highest I have seen for a payment procesor. I`ve seen many of my friends they`re accounts hacked. Does someone know some tips to prevent that from happening!?

t2t
You should know that the best way to get your email safe from hacker is to dedicate one email only for liberty reserve with that it will be very difficult for anyone to hack into your account, i have been with liberty reserve for a long time and not a day i have encounter any problems with them or even have my account hack. What we all are waiting for is when will liberty reserve give us their own customized debit card?

Well as much as possible I don't want to have so much emails and password to memorize that's why I put it all in the same email address, but with this happening I guess I needed to provide different emails on each. Legendkid
Just too bad that i fall victim to hackers. Some one hack my libertyreserve and took a little sum 01/26/2011 08:01 54053324 U3526045 (Marconi)- $3.11$0.00$0.00 View 01/26/2011 08:01 54053306 U3526045 (Marconi)- $1.00 $0.00 $0.00 this marconi of a person is just an insult to his country,he don't deserve to be being. He would have been a gorilla or goat, parent and himself. Can't earn a decent sum.Rather he prefer to hack.Too bad, hope his papa is ashame of him really. Guest
@Legendkid sorry to hear that, the security system of LR is quite good but still the hackers can gain access to people's accounts, I think one should be very careful with their mail account ID's used for LR, if the mail got hacked, then quite easy for the hackers to get in, so we should keep our mail safe thus the LR account safe. t2t
@legendkid. So sorry to hear your account got hacked but you didn't give us enough information as to why it get hack. Did you request for a new password? And probably received it to your email account. If you do, did you delete the mail? As advice by liberty reserve. Well house this same marconi hack into another account but this time it stole 400 dollars plus, you can see that at goldentalk forum. Everyone should guard and guide their account well. alam3636
While loading LR is asking some additional information though i am able to skip this time - "starting from 02/01/2011 you will be obliged to fill in this information in order to access your account Please make sure that your name is spelled correctly as it will be used for verification purposes in case you lose or forget your account login information. As if we specify "Investment and Forex" how could we justify the payment from PTP Forums - Let us see what happens tomorrow is LR going to make any major change in terms and conditions.
