from Liberty Reserve. Usually, It is used by many PTP sites and many HYIP sites. But I got from PTP sites because I didn't too much know about

LR is widely used online, not only in hyip or PTP business, but also in Forex trading and more over it is used in online betting the most,

as for so many weeks for now, I have noticed that it was online betting site that has stood in the top place in the 'Merchant of the week' section,

so for betting LR is used the most, of course the reason might be that the LR transactions will be irreversible.

That's a good sign. I'm in a betting also. But I don't use LR. I use legit betting site. But I'm thinking also to invest my time in more betting site. Just to know the odds between the two sites. Some times in other betting site the rate is not the same. So its good to bet in a site that you think you have much advantage on.

I have also heard few merchants offer LR debit cards officially for LR account holders,

it is really nice to withdraw the LR funds to ATM cards to our local currency,

but I think this service is available for only in some countries where LR exchange providers accepts bank payments to venture with them,

and in other countries where we can't directly exchange with them, those debit cards won't work.

@archu7 you are correct . still we dont able to use our atm to withdraw LR fund and hope near future we will able when some processor offering our country too. i think if LR offer such service in our country it will be super fine to us.

usually LR doesn't allow direct funding or withdrawal to our LR accounts,

but there is some official exchangers listed on their site with whom we can exchange local currency to LR,

so that we can buy LR or sell to them,

again, LR is not responsible if we have any losing experience dealing with those exchangers.

Guys, do you ever know if there is online store which accepted LibertyReserve as its payment processor? I found one of that kind of online stores but I doubt it.

What do you think if you found online store which approved payment with LibertyReserve, could you trust that kind of shop?

so far I used LR option to venture with various programs that accept LR as a payment processor,

well, if the online store is accepting LR then will be a good option to do business with them online,

but LR won't give any guarantee to any program that is why we should better study well on programs that we want to deal with

and expend funds that we can afford to lose, always keep in mind that LR transactions are irreversible.

Yes, if we used LR so we must take a look the program first because LR didn't give dispute facility so if we transfered in wrong number,

we can't get back our funds. If we are cheated, we couldn't do anything too. It's the lack of LR, because in LR we didn't need to send

verification so it's unsecure for online stores.

I also prefer using Liberty Reserve among other processors available out there. The mere fact that it's the "longest in the run", I have full trust

to this one. Of course, what I like also in LR is the security that they have. We all know that there are a lot of phishing cases already, but

I know that LR is doing their best to solve this conflict.

 

I just hope that LR will stay long, and reliable as it is today. The transaction fees are low, it's just that they don't accept bank wire/transfer yet to any country as of this moment.

I've tried visiting the site for me to know. But like you, I can't also access the site. It keeps on loading, but nothing's happening.

I don't know if this is undergoing a maintenance, but isn't that LR announces it or they give notice to us if they will

be having a maintenance? Or maybe there's just an error. Let's wait until tomorrow.

Liberty Reserve Downtime Update

Liberty Reserve is experiencing technical difficulties and will return as soon as our hosting provider's backup routing equipment is powered and reconfigured.

Yeah... I see that announcement, too. I guess all we can do now is to wait for the site to be back online and I believe it will be back online soon. So, we don't have to make any assumptions or rumors of what is going on with LR.

At last, Liberty Reserve has already gave us a notification that their server is down as of this moment. I admit it, I'm really panicking last night

'cause I thought that LR is not working anymore. But anyway, a lot of users said that LR won't do that without further announcements.

I know that LR is used by a lot of HYIPs and GPT sites so I don't think also that LR will just disappear like that. I hope LR will be fixed as soon as possible.

the payments isnt arriving:) I panic more for the hyips not going to pay after they are ( LR) online again.

I have also the same kind of situation, I used only LR venturing with all my investment programs that

since 31st, I have also received nothing from the programs,

some hyips will think of turning to scam and I worried on hyips if they may not pay even after LR return after few days,

hope all hyips in my list will pay me after LR will come back and I expect LR to fixed these issues as soon as possible.

They are always having problems with their back-up. But I think there are still some other problems that's why

they are having maintenance most of the times. I think it's also because of the hacking conflicts in some members.

I'm not an HYIP investor, but I've heard also same problems like yours. Maybe some HYIP will go down already because of the

current situation of LR. Let's just wait what will happen next. LR is already down for 3 days already, if I am not mistaken. And a

lot of us are really having a hard time already, especially the Admin of HYIP sites.

I think this is not the first time Liberty Reserve is off line. It has happened several times and they are always back online. Liberty Reserve has a great reputation as a payment processor. So, I guess we just have to wait and there is nothing to worry about.

I got some relief after getting new update from lr homepage and hopefully looking to comeback online . i am fully depend on lr and without it now i have another option . just hoping they will come back end of the weekend. and happy to see that due to technical problem we need worry about our fund.

Thanks for the update. I read that in the LR website too. Anyway, I think it's a great idea that LR always keep updating about the ongoing process of configuration. Moreover, the safety of the members' fund may relieve the users from worry. I do hope they can finish the configuration before this weekend.

prior to this, the LR was many times under maintenance,

and everytime the maintenance is there, LR updates it in their official blog regarding the maintenance schedule,

and never before at any maintenance, there was fund issue to the clients,

the funds will always be safe with LR, and no need to worry with that.

Weekend has ended and still there is no any sign that LR will be back online. I just feel sorry for those who are waiting for the payment from HYIP or PTP forums. They have to wait for their payments. I guess I am lucky now as I have no transaction or payment request via LR.
