I do not like sites with unfixed rate. By the way, the rate per click is 'UP TO 0.01' and not '0.01'. When sites offer low minimum payout, the rates are usually low as well. It's not attractive at all, at least with me.

I think, the no minimum is only for premium members, SO as a standard member we need to fulfill the min. payout requirement. And since I am using LR, there are only PP or AP. SO it's not forme.
