Has nothing to do with SEO (or well, you're able to get backlinks via retweets, but that's a bit of a long shot), and they're best used together. Link your accounts to share updates back and forth. However, for comparison, I think Facebook is better because it has more options and features compared to Twitter. You have more freedom and you can even get creative with your content to encourage readers' participation or the interaction in your posts. What's great about twitter is the power of hash tags. Profit. yes, you are correct SMM is very benefiting for us, because they give us quick response to our post, but post life is less because in social media trending post or today post is gain more traffic than older post.
